Property & Architectural Photography

We photograph the interiors and exteriors of residential and commercial property. Business premises, domestic property, retail space, wedding venues, and construction projects are some examples of recent work. We are proud to have on-going relationships with local estate agents.
As a property photographer we are committed to producing high quality results that show properties at their best. We have a quick turnaround and images are available within one day of shooting. A flexible approach means that we can work at the times which suit the location, early in the morning or at night if that’s appropriate.
For interior photography, where possible we like to use natural and in-situ lighting, and only use additional lighting when needed and only when it compliments the interior.
Our attention to detail means that we take into account the orientation of the property, weather conditions, seasonal effects, and the surrounding area.
We will always be punctual, polite, and professional. This is particularly important when dealing with those that are not our direct clients, but may well be your clients. We appreciate that it can be awkward for home owners, tenants, and in the case of commercial properties, third parties; and we will do our utmost to ensure that inconvenience is kept to a minimum.
Our prices will always include post processing, high and low resolution image supply, and full usage rights.
